EN 10216-2 specifies the technical delivery conditions in two test categories for seamless tubes of circular cross section, with specified elevated temperature properties, made of non-alloy and alloy steel.

Manufacture: tubes to EN 10216-2 shall be manufactured by hot formed or cold finished.
Heat Treatment: the tubes shall be supplied in quenching + temperingd delivery condition.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 30 meters, also U bending, finning, studded process can be provided.
Option: shot blasting on the outside surface to remove mill scale, make the surface matte colour; surface polishing as preparation work done for further processing, for instance finning.
