GB 24512.2 specifies the classification, code, size, shape, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of alloy steel seamless steel pipes for nuclear power plants. GB 24512.2 is suitable for the manufacture of alloy steel seamless steel tubes for pressure-bearing parts of non-nuclear-grade equipment in nuclear power plants.
GB 24512.2规定了核电站用合金钢无缝钢管的分类、代号、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB 24512.2适用于制造核电站非核级设备承压部件用合金钢无缝钢管。 |
Manufacture: tubes to EN 10216-2 shall be manufactured by hot formed or cold finished.
Heat Treatment: the tubes shall be supplied in normalising + tempering delivery condition.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check. |
Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 30 meters, also U bending, finning, studded process can be provided.
Option: shot blasting on the outside surface to remove mill scale, make the surface matte colour; surface polishing as preparation work done for further processing, for instance finning. |
